What should I wear?

Though Firle Place Country Fair & Horse Trials takes place in Spring, we encourage visitors to dress appropriately for the temperamental British weather! We suggest brining waterproofs as well as sun hats and sun cream, and wearing wellies or sensible walking shoes as the course is spread out over a large site.

Are dogs welcome?

Dogs are more than welcome at Firle Place Country Fair & Horse Trials - we’re always happy to see your furry friends alongside you! With multiple dog shows and activities taking place over the weekend, they can even get involved in the action. We do, however, have a few requirements for those bringing pets along with them. Please ensure your dogs are kept on a short lead at all times, both for their safety and others - any owner found with a dog off the lead will incur a fine (which we donate to our chosen charity) and may be asked to leave. Please also clean up after your dog.

Is car parking included in the ticket price?

No car parking fee will be charged.

When can we see the Cross Country?
A.
The cross country runs alongside showjumping and dressage disciplines on all three days at Firle. For more information, please view our event schedule.
