Please can spectators with mobility issues bear in mind that the event has no permanent facilities or paved roads. The event takes place on park ground and terrain can be uneven in some places. We are currently unable to provide mobility scooters or other equipment.
Forward parking is provided on production of a valid blue badge, and accessible toilet facilities are also available. We do our best to accommodate for all spectators and will always try to cater to reasonable requests from visitors. If you lose an item during the event, please go to the events office. We retain lost property for two months, so please call us on 01929 829061 to check for lost property after the event.
If you find a lost item during the event, please take it to the organisers office where the team will do their best to reunite it with the owner.
