Come and watch live demonstrations about ferrets and ferreting over the weekend. Outside his demonstration times you will be able to come and meet the ferrets and have your picture taken!

Why not head into Thoresby Park in style, we have a miniature railway setting up by the Courtyard to take you and your family on a ride!

We are delighted to be welcoming talented farriers and blacksmiths to Thoresby this year. Across the weekend you will be able to watch them turn bars of metal into incredible household items and delicate horse shoes. They will be showing off their skills and answering any questions you have. Don't miss this fantastic display!

It’s not just the horses who can get in on the action - our dog agility course is also in action! This year we are welcoming the Support Dogs who will be running the dog arena all weekend as a fundraiser.

All dogs are welcome to have a go at running through our agility course and showcasing their skills. Alongside the dog agility there will be a dog show on Saturday and Sunday. Stay tuned for more details of when and where these will be taking place!

The dog agility course will be open across the weekend - come and see who has the best 6 legs, or who looks like their pooch!

We’ll be providing the soundtrack to your weekend at our Band Stand on Saturday and Sunday. Unique artists will take to the stage in various time slots to provide the perfect backing track to the equestrian action.

Join us as we bring the Street Food Festival to Thoresby. Immerse yourselves in the culture of Street Food, enjoying a multitude of tasty treats from various outlets, including Mexican, Asian and Italian cuisine.

The Street Food Festival will be operating alongside our various other outlets across the weekend - dig in!

Have you ever watched a game of Polo? Thoresby have their very own Polo Club, which focuses on grass roots polo and introducing new players to the sport. On Sunday of the event we will be joined by their team, who will be showing off their skills in the main arena! Don't miss this exciting game and maybe join their team!! If you are interested in joining them, head over to their stand and have a chat.

The Classic Car Show is a long-standing crowd favourite. This year we are delighted to be working with the Aston Martin Owners Club and the Porsche Club. They will be displaying their stunning cars in front of the House and along the roads around the site.

This is the perfect opportunity for you to indulge in another type of Horsepower. The owners will be there to discuss and show you their pride and joy!!

Have you ever seen the majestic Shire Horse up close? Well we have that opportunity for you at Thoresby! Over the weekend you will be able to go and meet these magnificent horses, and then watch their arena display to see them in action.

We are delighted to be growing our partnership with British Polo Gin, which has led to the creation of Eventing Gin - perfectly curated to partner a day out in the country.

Open for business all weekend in luscious gardens with views across the arena, it's the perfect place to unwind. This year we are delighted to be supported by Hawkstone Brewery. Hawkstone Brewery shot to fame on Clarkson's Farm, and British Polo Gin will be serving their delicious array of drinks across the weekend.

Have you ever wondered how jewellery is made? Well we have the talents of Rooks & Roses who will be showing off their talents, and you will be able to purchase their stunning designs!

Do you have a working dog? Want to try your hand at scurrying? We have Gun Dog Girls joining us over the weekend. They will be running a scurry league across Thoresby & Osberton this year. There will be two scurries each day, first one between 10am and 12noon, and then 1pm and 3pm. Each one will be a different course and rosettes will be awarded across the day. Keep your eyes peeled for more information and check them out on facebook!

The Nottinghamshire Spinners and Weavers are joining us for the weekend, with demonstrations and opportunity to buy their gorgeous items, which are all hand made. This is an incredible talent and a great opportunity to watch some amazing spinning!

Alongside the world class eventing competition, on Saturday afternoon, the main arena will play host to the next generation of equestrian talents, when Pairs from the local pony clubs will battle it out to show off their jumping and entertain the crowd!
